Although we had to  offer over asking price in this market, Arash worked closely with the  seller’s agent to negotiate $8500 in repair cost. That’s pretty much  unheard of these days.   Not only is Arash amazing at negotiating, and has impeccable people  skills, but he also came out to help us search for homes multiple times  when we live two counties away. Every time he came out, he had a clear  plan for us to view multiple houses, and make the most out of our time.  He is dedicated, resourceful, and trustworthy.
